I am fluent in English and Italian (my mother-tongue), and proficient in French, German and Spanish. After growing up in Italy and living in England, I have settled with my family on the shores of lake Zürich in Switzerland, my home of almost 20 years. I continue to love travelling the world, experiencing cultural diversity and learning in new environments.

My corporate career started in the UK in the consumer goods industry, at Mars Inc. and H. J. Heinz (today The Kraft Heinz Company). In 2005 I moved to Pharma, and worked for almost 14 years at the Novartis global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, in different senior communications positions.

In 2020, I founded Dabusti Wilson Communications to spread my impact by working with business leaders and organizations to achieve their communications objectives - with credibility, creativity and care.

I believe that our ability to better connect, communicate and understand each other is the only possible path towards a more sustainable economy, a healthier planet and a peaceful society.
